1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VyV Live ("we", "us", "our") — including vyvlive.com, our coaching programs, LIVE audits, training resources, and creator community — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Are

VyV Live is an Official TikTok LIVE Partner agency based in Dubai, UAE. Our role is to keep creators continuously updated with the latest TikTok LIVE policies, rules, and best practices, and to help them understand the fundamentals of LIVE streaming so they can grow their audience and pursue their monetization goals on TikTok LIVE.

3. Relationship with TikTok

All of our policies, guidance, and educational materials are fully aligned with TikTok's Community Guidelines, TikTok LIVE rules, and the TikTok LIVE Creator Program. TikTok is the platform; VyV Live is an official partner agency that supports creators on it. We do not own, control, or influence TikTok's algorithm, payouts, account status decisions, or platform policies.

4. Creator Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for your TikTok account, your behavior, your content, your LIVE broadcasts, your interactions with viewers, and full compliance with TikTok's policies and the laws of your country. VyV Live does not operate your account on your behalf and is not liable for actions taken by TikTok against your account (warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans).

5. Eligibility & Application

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance — we accept creators based on fit, niche, and TikTok's eligibility requirements. All information you provide must be accurate and truthful.

6. Earnings Disclaimer — It's All About You

Any earnings figures, success stories, or income examples shared on our website (including AED 10K–30K+ monthly references) represent results achieved by specific creators and are not guaranteed by the agency.

Your potential income depends on factors such as your dedication, adherence to training, presentation, communication skills, the quality of your broadcasts, internet speed, consistency, niche, audience engagement, TikTok's algorithm, and TikTok's payout policies — all of which are outside VyV Live's control.

Your success awaits — but it depends on you.

7. Payouts

All TikTok LIVE earnings (diamonds, gifts, rewards) are paid by TikTok directly to the creator according to TikTok's payout terms. VyV Live does not hold, process, or distribute creator earnings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, the VyV Live brand, coaching materials, and frameworks — is owned by VyV Live or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyV Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, account access, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of our services or from any action taken by TikTok regarding your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as TikTok's policies evolve or as our program changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
